Send us your impression or preoperative model, and we will do the rest. After preparation, you simply reline and cement the Pacific Temps in the mouth. This provisional restoration is recommended by periodontists for patients who will undergo tissue therapy, and is ideally indicated for larger cases when you wish to obtain patient acceptance prior to prescribing the final restoration. In these cases, you can take an impression of the Pacific Temps so that the laboratory can duplicate the dimensions and morphology in the final ceramic restoration.
